Experiment High Velocity Sonic Rifle

High command realized that the 912th Legion was having difficulty dealing with the enemy snipers and entrenched vehicles in the parts of war torn Imoriqa. In response to the growing death toll the X313X was deployed. Nicknamed the "Joust", the X313X shoots a solid metal slug about the size of a standard AA battery at extreme velocity. The X313X has been reported to have punctured holes into MTTs and to have destructed wall segments like it was paper. Anyone hit with the X313X will be torn apart by the kinetic energy behind the slug. Different types of shells, from high explosive to gas injected to incendiary rounds, can be used in the rifle. Two men units, nicknamed "Jousters" operate the X313X, one is the firer and the other the spotter. Jouster have been implanted with special vision binocs that enhance there steadiness while working with the X313X's scopes and bipod sighting device. The X313X can also be mounted on the XTCS, but poor results during field testing has left the rifle off the XTCS.
