The 313th Minotaur
Front On Veiw
Nice Side Veiws
Back View
Top Veiw
Background story: Kuplo*, after his time on the walker's, decided that it was time for some change. He put in a request for a sturdy and high fire power tank, that he, or another clone, could man with only one other man. The boys down at 313th's Lab's came up with this, and shipped it out right away. Named the Minotaur by Kuplo for it's power and size**, this tank now potrols the lands. It is just in experimental stages right now, but they hope to soon produce more.
*Kuplo: The clone trooper commander of the Mech Regiment
**The Minotaur was know for it's power, if not for it's huge size. The minotaur was maybe 3 times bigger then that average man, but not huge, those this tank was named the Minotaur, powerful, but not huge. Kuplo studyed Greek Mythology!

Re: The 313th Minotaur
Hmmm.I like it, did you get the idea of the men side by side with the panel over top of them from the swamp speeder?

Re: The 313th Minotaur
The samp speeder? I just sort of thought that it would look kind of nice. I hate building entire roofs, but it looks stupid without anything connecting the back and front, so I thought of this.
Re: The 313th Minotaur
I draw from Greek Mythology often. As I post more work I'm sure you will notice that! I like this ship beacuse I can mass produce them. I just need two battle packs, and a V-Wing!

Hey, that's cool that you only made it from those pieces! And I will now comment on your legion, ok?

Re: The 313th Minotaur
Well those, and 5 other pieces. I use 5 of the two stud white things, don't know what to call them, they're the ones you can't build on top of. I put one at the end of the guns, two near the back, and two I uses as a control infront of the left clone (aerial veiw). I always end up buying them in bulk when I go Pick-a-Brick, and then relize, each time, I don't have much use for them.
Re: The 313th Minotaur
Yeah I already saw that. I have some kind of the same with cheese slopes. One day I want to but 25 more or so, and 1 week later I took apart a MOC and don't know what to do with them.

Re: The 313th Minotaur
Pretty good. My only suggestion would be to take off those 2 front guns. It just sticks out too much, and ruins the sleek-ness of the whole thing. So many people think the more guns you put on, the better it looks...

Re: The 313th Minotaur
Nice sleek design. Good idea to base it on the Infantry Support Platform.
Only problem, the name and the clone studying "greek mythology", which wouldn't happen. Star Wars was set "a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away". Maybe something like the 313th Gundark, Whelmer (animal the AT-TE mimics) or Bantha. Perhaps check out SW.com and find a Star Wars animals name.

Re: The 313th Minotaur
I was kidding about the clone knowing Greek Mythology, however, I like the name, and will keep it, unless there is a huge problem with it, in which case CC is free to contact me!
Re: The 313th Minotaur
No, it's perfectly fine. Who knows...Maybe the greeks got their name for the beast from the legendary Clone Wars tank from another galaxy!

I use various mythologies for names and combine them with things from the SW universe.

Just so you know I believe you are talking about tiles(pieces that you can't build on top of).

Yeah, Me too! I think they greatly ADD to the overall look, not to mention the firepower!

Re: The 313th Minotaur
As far as I'm concerned, it's very nice, but the engines leave me a bit... unsatisfied.
They just sort'a stick out, y'know. Not very complex.
