Take a lego revolver, cut off the iron sight on the barrel, and put a black cylinder on it. I think it should work...

Their website says their out of Replicant rifles, but their Bricklink still has some apparently.

You can ADD scopes as they have a scope rail like ALL DC guns, however the standard DC-17 did not come with a scope. Smile Blue Arc
