The Battle of Rhen Var (Image Heavy!)
The 374th is pinned down in the outskirts of a large city. AA fire is raining down all around then. It its a house. The house explodes, killing two soldiers.

I say it needs to be downsized a lot.
There is such a lack of detail, but the places you do have detail (like that bunker) are perfect! So if you could either apply that detail too all around your MOC, or just make it smaller so you have more detail in a smaller space.

Re: The Battle of Rhen Var (Image Heavy!)
I agree with TB just make it smaller, especially when you are using those plates. Other than that the detail and the damage is pretty amazing!
Re: The Battle of Rhen Var (Image Heavy!)
Eh, all I see are some uncreative looking pillboxes. And the name is almost literal in this case, as far as shape is concerned. Yeah, the openings in the casemate is rather detailed, but the detail ends there.
I could see a really good defensive-ridge MOC there, using those techinques, but this is kind've sad in it's current state .

Landscape, landscape, LANDSCAPE! Needs loads more detail! Poor MOC in my opinion.
Re: The Battle of Rhen Var (Image Heavy!)
Well, it needs a lot of work. . .But I think with some good techniques and some landscape, this could be a fairly decent MOC.
Re: The Battle of Rhen Var (Image Heavy!)
It has a good feel overall, including the house part, but you should definantly crop out the wood floor from your photos. It really tacs the pictures up. Make sure when you photograph that the wood is OUT of the picture please.

I like the whole idea, and there is no doubt that it is good, but do add some more detail. Great Job!

Pretty much exactly as I was about to say. Larger scaled mocs though really really enticing to create with all the cool vehicles and sets out now, are hard to match up with in terms of detail. There's too much open space and not enough rubble, detail, landscaping, etc to match up with it. The reason I stick to smaller scaled mocs (mainly due to lack of pieces- for now) is because you can add so much more detail! Good idea though with Rhen Var, keep it up. I'd like to see a more compacted version if you can.

You need to work on the explosions, but otherwise it looks awesome!

Hmmm, you need maybe more rocks in the background or at least something to make it look more real. It's alright but it looks more like a WIP. Keep working on it!

What does it mean when a picture is 'heavy'?

It means it has a lot of images in the thread, so be prepared for an assault on your bandwidth!
Anyway, I agree that it is a bit plain, but that bunker is awesome!

Re: The Battle of Rhen Var (Image Heavy!)
The picture isn't heavy, the thread is made heavy with the pictures who so rudely sat down on it which have clearly been eating far too much.

You do know what Rhen Var looks like right? That doesn't look ANYTHING like it! Rhen Var is all snowy and stuff like that. This is the Wookiepedia for it: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Rhen_Var
Try to add some snow on the gorund.
