Brickpod, The whole kit and kaboodle
Today I was looking at some MOCs of which consisted unorthodox techniques or were an item you would ordinarily not think of building in Lego. While viewing the onslaught of MOCs I came across an ipod on mocpages, which was built straight up, I then decided I wanted to make an ipod. After brainstorming for about an hour I finally came up with how I was going to build it. The final product was this:
(The screen is custom BTW)
The more "realistic" headphones or....
The unorthodox technique of shadow leeches!
The outlet in which you can plug in the head phones.
And last, but not least, the side shot.
Anywho, I hope you all enjoyed my MOC! (And the time I took to write this paragraph or so.)
See ya around!
And I have one last thing to say: Thanks to podbrix for the inspiration for the scrolling wheel.

Good, not great. Interesting, not brilliant. sleek, not fat. Good MOC, overall.

It's a good idea, but nothing big. At least you did it well.

Again, restating like usual.
Anyhow, it's nothing special, but I could've sworn I saw one just like this a while back...
But whatever, it's still pretty nice, but again, nothing special. Pepa's iPod serves as some inspiration, wouldn't you say?

Actually... Isn't the sync plug on the bottom, and the headphone plug on the right, and the lock/unlock switch on the left?
But hey, nice work! I personally like it...

Never seen it quite regretably. but I'm sure some aspect relates to it.Alpha wrote:Code_Green wrote:Good, not great. Interesting, not brilliant. sleek, not fat. Good MOC, overall.Gerrard wrote:It's a good idea, but nothing big. At least you did it well.
