The Spinal Cracker
The Blood Doctor's larger Ship, The Spinal Cracker. He can use this to fend off alien invaders and take down really big baddies while causing a whole lot of collateral damage, one of the Blood Doctor's favorite parts of being a hero. Yum, collateral damage. Guaranteed to make any fight more impressive and fun!
Hope you enjoy! I'll post the next Round tomorrow, I'm tired, and have a big test tomorrow! Hope you get an idea about what the next round will be.

Re: The Spinal Cracker
I don't really like the blocky part in the front of the ship but the bak is pretty sweet.
Re: The Spinal Cracker
It's blocky, and it looks like you just spammed teeth and horns everywhere...

Thanks Alfi! That means I did exactly what I wanted to do!
However, nest time, instead of just trying to be a jerk, how about you suggest ways to make it better?

Re: The Spinal Cracker
I told you what you need to fix.
It's blocky. You spammed horns on it.
Buhhhht, if you reaaaaaly need a clearer review...
Make it sleek, remove the horns that are going all over the place. Keep a bunch.
Add slopes on the sides, that's why it's blocky. Make it a tank or something, but come on, you know what a ship/speeder/whatever looks like...

Well, saying what someone did wrong also easily gives you what you need to improve on.
Re: The Spinal Cracker
It would be like me posting in your Rhino thread which I still need to post in, that thing is incredible!) that it's too bulky. It doesn't really tell them what to make better.
Re: The Spinal Cracker
Yes, but Zeph's point is that there is a nicer way to go about it. It's called CONSTRUCTIVE criticism after all. And it's not helpful to just say that somebody's MOC is fat and ugly. How do you improve on that?
Anyways, about the actual MOC...
-It' alright
-The roof canopy thing over the windshield is a win
-I like the slopes you put in on the front
-You could decrease the amount of white bone pieces though

Re: The Spinal Cracker
Yea, you're right Zeph. I just think that in that particular situation the spam horns was self-explanatory.. I guess blocky isn't though.

Make it thinner?

But yeah, I guess I'll stop being a jerrrrk, and give some criticism.
- There's an abundance of horns. Take off a few, or this won't really appeal when in flight.
- Like your previous MOC, it's too sloped. Maybe add a 1x4x1 brick with studs on the side, and attach a couple side panels or slopes to counter the flat surface.
- The overhead 'jaw' is okay, but the 'fangs' need to either be in contact with the teeth on the bottom, or removed. It looks like it's gonna plow through the cockpit and kill the Red Physician.

Re: The Spinal Cracker
That's much better, thanks to the two of you.
The orns, and the masive amount, was meant to be like black Fantasy. A masive amount of tentecles bursting out of the back. Besides, he's an awkward and bad super hero. He should have some awkward and bad flair.
The sides, I'll admit, need work. I'll try to think up something.
It looks really bad without fangs. Trust me. And again, it doesn't have to work, he's never going to use them. He just wants them for flair. I was truthfully fairly happy with those, they are by far my favorite part of this MOC.

Re: The Spinal Cracker
I don't like the flat bottom or the very flat surfaces at the front. It makes it look bad and well...flat.

I guess, but if there's a sudden jerk, since the top is literally hanging without any support (Excluding the cockpit which it's resting on, it could literally just smash open the cockpit and kill your Blood Doctor. I'm not saying you should remove the fangs, but move them up a bit.
If the mouth could actually close, it'd really win.

Re: The Spinal Cracker
The lighsaber handles are the only piece that works to reverse the directions the bricks are going . Do you have another suggestion?
Re: The Spinal Cracker
Either move the entire upper jaw up a bit, so the fangs come in contact with the lower teeth, or just keep it, it's not THAT bad.

Re: The Spinal Cracker
Okay, so I'll just work on the sides of the front. I can think of a few ways to fix them up actually.
Re: The Spinal Cracker
Actually I quite like all of the bones and skelotons on it. It goes in with the blood doctor theme well.

Spinal cracker eh? Sounds like something my dad would drive (my dad is a chiropractor). I like the details in the back. It's awesome!

Re: The Spinal Cracker
I envy your amount of shark teeth and white dino tails.
It's a great MOC! Although I think you went a bit overboard on the pointy objects...

Re: The Spinal Cracker
It's interesting, but like Alfi said, you basically spammed the teeth on the back. Maybe remove some, and get something else going, like engines or something? Would look interesting.
Re: The Spinal Cracker
Well first of all I don't like the flat bottom. It looks really stupid. Secondly I think you over-used all white tooth and tail pieces on it.

Re: The Spinal Cracker
What can I say that hasn't already been said? The blockiness of the front kinda destroys it; maybe add some contouring to the side to make it look a tad sleeker, and give it a belly.
Yes Jinja? A belly?

Re: The Spinal Cracker
Okay. I'm not planning on a belly, but I already have some cool idea to fix up the blocky front! Thanks everyone!
Re: The Spinal Cracker
Instead of lightsabers, take a 1 stud round brick and put a half technique pin in it, ta-dah!
