Minifig Display Case
How do you display your custom minifigures? I don't use all those add-ons to keep the decals on my minifigure, I just put the decals on. As a result, as I've been told, they will wither and gather dust, and eventually fall off. To prevent this, I'm putting all of my decaled minifigures in a glass covered display case. I put a brick layer on the bottom of the case for the figures to stand on, and the case keeps the dust out, and the minifig in.
A picture with one of my 501st troopers:
More pictures of the display case coming soon. It was a 1/72'nd scale model tank display case, but I stole it from my dad, and now it's being used for minifigures.
Comments? Suggestions? Does anyone else put their figures under glass, or want to share photos?

Gee. Putting them in glass would be smart . Anyways, where do you get these? From Anywhere? Or are there custom Lego ones? (PS, are those the same decals Rayman used for his 501st legion?)

Rayman and I are quite good friends and they are not His. His go all the way along the leg where as Kams stop half way. Also rayman has accurate arm and Side leg details. Hope that helps Garth

I really like that idea I know that my minifigures collect dust and the decals come off. Off to buy plastic cases!

I agree, many decals are comonly ruined by dust and a glass case is the option used to stop it. I use the ones that are supplied by minifigforlife.com as they make my figs look perfect on displey.

I wish I had more display cases. I saw a bunch of nice ones by the side of the road once but they were too big to pick up by myself. So I went home to get my wife's help. She argued that I didn't need them, for like 20 minutes. Finally, I got her to come with me and when I got there, there was a guy loading them up in his truck. Ahhhhhh!!!

I talked to him and he actually didn't want all of them in the end and I was able to get 2 of them. They are displaying my collection this very minute. But I could have had them ALL!

Here's what I use:

The lable is inside, and just cardboard that you can pull out. It's nice and clear, and just the perfect size for minifigs!
