Frako Bike

Post by Rook on Tue Jun 02, 2009 9:34 pm

I had this white bike piece show up in the new space police set and thought I should put it to good use.

Frako Bike

Like the Freeco Bike this speeder bike was used in cold climates. This Rebel Frako Bike has been equipped with: long range transmitter, harpoon, ice axe, survival rations and med-kit, 2 different types of twin hand blasters, jet pack conversion, snow skis, binoculars, wrench and other various shhtuff you can change into just about anything. Razz

I was thinking about using a short one but I felt a little bit of the deep south rising in me last night. Yeeeeeehaw!

Muahaha, I see your finger in the corner. Razz

I like it a lot though. Very nice in detail and I like the front and back a lot. I like the use of the lightsaber handles in the back. Well done.

Yeah I thought about cropping it out but decided not to. Too lazy, don't have anything to prove to you guys. I wanted a different angle so I pressed down on the antenna.

Aaaah, quite nifty speeder bike you've got there, Rook!

Vehicles like this have great play potential; they've got swooshability, they've got neat little features, and you can send your minifigs exploring the house with all their survival kit stowed away.

As an MOC, it's not art like some of your other work Razz !

Not the best MOC, but a pretty decent one!

Nice stuff you have there, small, compact, but nothing ground-breaking. Wink

Superperson... I really don't mean to offend you mods... but - COME ON?!

Your posts have been absolute rubbish for the most part since you've joined. I don't mean to single you out - *glares at other folk* - but:

What makes it creative?
Explain what you like the most.
Why do you like the creativity thereof?
Are there any other attributes you can assign to it?
Explain to me what makes you like everything.

Just... had to get that off my chest. Not that he'll pay any attention Wink .

Sialboats, just because your vocabulairy is even larger than the sun, doesn't mean that everybody is as good as you to put their feelings and reactions into words.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm of to read a dictionairy just to keep up with you...(Razz just joking! But seriously, your vocab is immense!)

Love the speeder, the design, the extremely "cool" middle, everything!

If that's your idea of a 'larger than the sun' vocabulary, man, I can't imagine you getting a job. Razz

He just meant that, in general, Sial can be overly loquacious for no apparent reason, not that his vocabulary was literally larger than the sun. Ever heard of hyperbole? Razz Also, the ability to find employment often has little to nothing to do with the size of one's vocabulary, so zip it. Wink

I didn't imply that I wanted to him to speak in manner comprable to my own, but rather find other more precise words to put his sentiments into! "Thats awesome", "It's really cool", and whatever other nonsense he's spewed forth doesn't quite fit the bill.

Yes, most challenges are solved by the mettle of the person who's partaking in them, not by their vernacular... although it has been known to help Razz .

I wish the space police sets were in stores here in Norway...
We allways get Lego products last even though we are the Lego country's neighbor (reffering to Denmark).
I don't know if they are out where you live, I just know they ain't out here.Sad
I really need those parts! Waaa!

Meh, they go all the way round the world and back. We never get new stuff till a fair bit later either. Sad

On topic then: awesome speeder, Rook, looks perfectly suited to the rebel thats riding it. I think the arial is good, for if your doing a stop motion where it's leaping, you could hold that.
