Ok so lemme get this straight.

It is normal for the color to be dull when you print them on regular paper. But when I print them on decal paper the color should be close to what I chose on the comp. Right? And if it helps I am using TLC dark red.

Here is a orange Bacara for you rubik.

I give credit to CG for the original Bacara design.

Hey guys, I have a question, I make all my decals on paint and its hard to put large symbols on them so I was wondering, does paint.net or GIMP allow you to do a transparent thing with symbols to let you see the decal where the white is when you put it on, I guess there's something like that on MS powerpoint but I can't use it?

That has never happened to me Bizzle, maybe you should use a dodge tool to make the colors brighter a bit. Smile

Ok. I think I'm going to upload the file in photo shop on my dads comp and adjust the color.

I said this before but it was a couple pages back. Does anyone have a Captain Rex decal that I could use? I really need it for a custom I'm making with Wuzzie.

Don't bother. Regular paper is dull, so the colours will be duller. Decal paper is shiny, so it will come out like on the computer. Never fear. Wink

You do have to adjust the print settings to 'Glossy paper' though.

I have just made some Rex decals (helmet). These were done on paint so may not be excellent.

No its that the size you are linking me to is for just the torso. The decal I am trying to resize has the legs arms and torso all in one file. Therefore the size you are linking me to won't work.

Yes it will. Even if it has everything in one file the resizing will be the same. When the torso is resized, the legs and arms will be resized with it.

No, it won't. That's not the way it works; resizing a complex one with arm and leg decals to the size intended for a torso decal will not work. All decals are generally on a square template, so it will resize it to the size meant for the torso alone; it won't resize the arms and legs to their proportional size! Wink

And I think DP gave the size for the torso decal alone; so it won't work. Plus, 'Vids isn't built on Kam's decal template, so it definitely won't work anyway! Laughing

Probably. I would suggest that you should download GIMP or Paint.net. Also maybe Drawplus 4,3.

Hey guys, I asked a question earlier but no one responded to it and its know a page back so I'll ask it again. So I make all my decals on paint and its hard to put large symbols on them so I was wondering, does paint.net or GIMP allow you to do a transparent thing with symbols to let you see the decal where the white is when you put it on, I guess there's something like that on MS powerpoint but I can't use it?

I would not now all these technical stuff. I suggest to PM CG. He probably has the answer.

Admin - Now why would you even bother to post a response? He is clearly asking a question, he needs an answer. If you don't have an answer, stop wasting his time!! This is refered to as SPAM
