Republic Medium Recon Speeder
This is a Republic Medium Recon Speeder (or RMRS for short), It was used a long-range speeder bike used for forward recon, scouting terrain, and transporting officers and VIPs. It had two heavy forward variable power cannons, and two smaller forward anti-personel canons on the "chin" of the bike. It also used experimental sub-orbital sheilding that was most powerful to the rear of the craft. It's main propulson are two Ram and Bakk particle thrusters mounted on the "wing" tips of the craft, it also had two repulser exhaust vents at the rear, which were sometimes targeted by more dim-witted oponents as the thrusters. It also featured a patrol light as on police cruisers for police and MP use, the standard military version retained this feature as a strobe light/landing light, or a "charge!" light as it was called by front-line troopers who followed their commanders riding RMRSs in an all out charge. The pilot sat in front with a passenger or gunner trooper behind him. The pilot would control the vehicle weapon firing systems, while it was the gunner's job to use his rifle to protect the craft, as the crafts built in weapons were forwrad-firing only. Beside the gunner were weapon racks with enough storage room to hold the pilot's weapon, plus a spare. A very basic, yet well used GAR vehicle.

I like the butt-end of this speeder. Good use of the turret/wheel well part. The final actions shot is intense!

Many many uses! I like this but is it a little back heavy? great idea to not have the gray "cannons" together like lego always puts them .

Nice look; I like the heavy thrusters in the back end!

I like it, it reminds me of the German half-track motorcycles they had in WW2. Very nice.

I don't like it, but that it's only made out of a battle pack makes it up for it. Nice job!

It's a little wide for a speeder bike. It's closer to a speeder. That's my only criticism for now.

True, but it's only a little wider then a BARC bike, but I guess technichally it's a speeder. And it is a little back heavy, but it has to have an engine and systems somewhere.

That struck me an idea; what about combining any other clone BPs you have and making it into a full-fledged landspeeder? That's be neat; I may do it myself. I think four BPs are enough...

That's a good idea for when I get more battlepacks. Right know I have two of the sets actally built, plus this, and one of CC007's tanks, which pretty much covers all my battle pack pieces, especially since I used at least two battlepacks to build a custom launch pad for three Explorien Nebula Outposts.

Well, that about sums it up, doesen't it?
I'd want to see that launch pad...

It's the back end. It's just big for a bike. It's a alt. build of the battle pack right?

Something he made himself, yes. Not an official TLC alt. build.

I'll show you if you want, it's pretty cool I have to say. And it is a battlepack "alternate" but one of mine, not an official one, and I decided you guys were right and changed the heading.
Here is a really BAD picture I took earlier:

I like it, but it seems too bulky to be a speeder."Quoteing Rook:That's my only critisism for now".

It's really not that bulky, considering that technichally MTTs and AATs are speeders, and this is really small compared to them.

Yeah that is true. Still think it's bulky for a two man speeder though.

I have tried modifying it a couple times, but it turns out looking kinda dumb...

You think it looks dumb,(it's a lego of course it can't talk. That's what dumb means). I think you should post the other designs.

I don't have any pics of the others, as they were prototypes all leading up to this one.
