Mule 38881010

Based on Firefly's Mule....Anzhela Koshka gets a ride.

I must say, probably one of my favorite builds I have uploaded to teh webz so far.

Flickr

Enjoy!

Note: If you think I have mixed greys...you're wrong, it's the lighting. Wink

Meh. It's okay. Most of the design is stolen, so not much skill there... The front of the engines should be one color... And those 1x4 wedges look really out of place.

They do look a little out of place, but it's a minimalist's mule. It isn't as accurate as some of the models, it isn't as incredibly designed, but it's something that just about everyone could obtain Wink .

And for that, I can appreciate what he's done more so than some of the better builders here Razz .

Sial, you do realize he stole pretty much this whole design. In the sense he couldn't figure one for himself, not that he didn't give credit.

An assertion without evidence isn't an assertion. It's an opinion. Maybe if I could see the pictures of these other models, I could see how much he stole and judge it a bit more accurately...

So, er...

Proofs, or GTFO Razz .

You really need to hang more on TBB and Flickr. And he even said he took most of it from Tyler.

One, nowhere in his post does he say he took anything from anywhere. Maybe on Flickr, but I couldn't give a rodent's two cheeks about what's said there Razz . There isn't a niche for me and my comics there, so as a result, I'm not really going to frequent it.

Two, all I see is that he used the 1x4 and 1x2 joint pieces to elevate the second row of seats, and built much of the engines in the style of his inspiration. It isn't total plagiarism, and he did add a lot of his own to the mix. While he could use some side greebles and what-not, I think Jens did very well.

Now that I see Legohaulic's version... you're is meh. But that's what happens to all MOC in comparison to him! Razz

Not bad though..

And Sial, I'd join Flickr to add good builders as your contacts. Exposure to great MOCs usually helps your own building!

PD, L'Haulic was an inspiration, I didn't steal. Wink

Plus I didn't use his instructions, I Made a lot of it by myself by just looking at that picture. Plus PD a lot of Mules on Flickr looks like L'Haulic...and they were made before his...does that mean that L'Haulic stole their ideas?

I like the design, even if it does look a lot like the other, but it's still well built . Some nice piece use and overall not bad!

It lacks color, which makes it look rather dull. The red also looks out of place. Never the less it is a good design.

That's the point. It's suppose to be a scrap version. And the red stripe.....I dunno.
