Its a good start but seems a little slow, also needs more frames.

Alright.

1.) The walk cycle could use some work. The trooper in the front seemed to push himself forward with one foot, like he was on a skateboard. You have to keep track of which foot steps when.

2.) What is the FPS you're using? Seemed pretty choppy. I'd advise filming @ 15 FPS. Then, when you've mastered that, move on to 24 FPS.

3.) Camera bumps GALLORE. You need to stick the camera down somewhere, preferably with StickyTak, so the camera stays in one place.

4.) Again, the animation of the IST was choppy and uneven. Try moving it one stud every frame.
