11 is the best for a smaller form, on the Cabg since we have a active community I think a larger number would be better. 21 or 25 maybe?

I would say anywhere from 17 to 25. It depends on how many people are interested

There is no minimum/maximum size limit. Thus one is not stated. We're looking at your building skills. Blackninjatom is an excellent of example of a member that usually builds in micro-scale. Take a look at his stuff if you feel that this the scale that you wish to pursue.

Yes we accept stop motion films in applications, but it doesn't hurt to throw in a moc or two.

Remember though we're looking at your Building Skills, not you Stop Motion Skills, nor Decal Application Skills. As these things are easily to fake, forge, purchase, etc.
