Project code name: Storming Lyndhurst Castle
Instead of makeing 6 different posts of customs I made for non-SW figs I decided to spare you the page clicks and made one post.
Here are some custom figures I made for an event I went to on Saturday.
This first one is my Modern Combat Soldier. I will post a picture of his back decals as well.
My next superstar is the punisher. He got some great attention and I may be mass producing him soon. But not this version since it would cost too much to do the arms and legs the way they are here.
Simple but cool, the governator (which is actually going to be a cartoon O.o...)
My black ops/swat team guys, these guys sold out at the event but I am thinking of making more soon.
These next 2 were me dabbling into the art of painting figs. I think they came out really nice and both sold at the show as well.
Please comment and let me know which one you would buy if you were at the show about to purchase something. I ask because I want to make alot more figs for the next lego convention and from what I learned at this event I will be carrying over to the next.

These figures are spectacular! Your decals seem to print quite fresh and crisp, but I can't help but think the figures look better with the yellow head. When the decal is applied to the fleshies, it appears as if they may be ill. It may be the cartoony feel of the decal which produces that look. Anyway, these minifigs are quite original and I look forward to seeing more from you!

HMMM. I would have to choose the Fleshy Modern Combat soldierss. They are my favorite because they are decaled and don't have a big bulky piece of plastic that hinders thier possability. The other two ones that are just decaled go like this.
The Governator: Too simple IMO. Besides that he has a clone trooper head. For some reason I have always hated those.
The Punisher: I don't do skeleton heads. Sorry. However he does have cool hair.
Modern Combat: Love thier torsos, and the legs. Combined with that head decal makes them look even cooler.
Hope that is what you were looking for.

Actually that is quite helpful. Its funny though, the black ops sold out and I thought they were too pricey... shrugs* go figure.
Because the governator is more of a goofy fig I will keep a few on hand for the AFOL shows. But I may actually do some modding on the hair.
The punisher... well the punisher needs that skull or else he would just be ... I dont know... some angry guy with a gun.
Thanks for the kind words on the Modern Combat guys. They are my favorite. I don't know about them looking sick in flesh but it could be the lighting in the picture paling out the flesh tone. I know those were the first to go.
Re: Project code name: Storming Lyndhurst Castle
I'm liking the gun, chest, and waist on the Swat guys. Those look pretty good.
Re: Project code name: Storming Lyndhurst Castle
I love and like the swat guys the best , they look very awesome.

Another one of eclipsegrafx's minifig wonders! Love them! I hope some are really for sale, I really need those swat and Modern combat guys for my brickarms orders. The last too were nice! I really think the details gave it a very sci fi feel. Amazing!

Well here are my thoughts:
Modern Combat Soldiers: Well done, the decals look nice and accurate.
The Punisher: Nice job on this figure, the skull look amazing, same with the hair. How did you get the arms half white and half black? Painting?
The Governator: Like you said, simple but cool.
Black Ops Soldiers: They look nice with all the gear, but the face decal just looks weird. It looks a bit too cartoony. By the way, where did you get those guns for the black ops soldiers? Hazel? Minifigcat?
Other two painted figures: Wonderful, just plain awesome sauce. I love the sci fi feel of both, and the colors give them a cyborg/robot feel. What paint did you use?
