I think the hair is good, as it make him look like he's sweaty and puffed out.

I like the use of the cheese slopes, but it sort of pushes the top SNOT piece off a bit. Wink

To me, those cheese pieces look as if they've just been wedged in, not put on a stud. other than that, it looks great.
