Hey, I know we may consider ourselves "Too old" for Thomas, but the fact is a lot of kids LOVE him. So when I started building my modular portable 9V LEGO train layout, I thought it would be neat to have some Thomas trains to run for kids. So far converting Duplo to 9V works pretty good but does present some challenges, so I started by making a "trouble some truck" and a generic freight car. I thought you guys might be slightly interested in seeing them so here they are:

I used to love Thomas, I have a billion models of him and his friends. I like the idea, it looks pretty good so far. Good luck! Fordo Yo!

Yep, it is atually a LOT harder then it sounds, Duplo has a slightly different dimension system for connecting, which sometimes creates problems. Smile Blue Arc

I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM! Razz Haha no, I only buy them when stores put them on clearence, I can't bring myself to buy them regularly when I could instead buy battlepacks, etc... Wink Blue Arc
