Re: Infiltrator
Wow. I can't wait to see the 96x96. My only issue is the stubby arms. Lengthen those and it will be fine. I like the wings.

Re: Infiltrator
The mecha itself is great , but I'm not sure about the wings. They look unfinished I guess. Too much space in between the white skeleton arms
if you ask me.
Ahh well, maybe it's just me. The point is that this thing kicks butt.

Wow. That's amazing! After seeing so much gray in mechas, yours seems so.....angelic. It seems your minifig has been inspired by someone.....

That's the look I went for, so thanks!
@-TMP, yep. I wasn't ever a big fan of lime, but when I saw your Lime leader, I thought the colors look nice!

Re: Infiltrator
It looks awesome, but isn't it supposed to be a police mecha? The wings don't look police-ish.

Re: Infiltrator
Hot coloring. I really love the lime green, and the wings are fairly cool. The awkward forward hunch throw me a little, I would like it minus the fact that the pilot is looking for of downward towards the floor.
Re: Infiltrator
Right now it is, but I will switch the fig for the 96x96 when I have an idea what and where it will be.danester man wrote:It looks awesome, but isn't it supposed to be a police mecha? The wings don't look police-ish.

It's standing strait. The head is just such an odd shape, it make it look like it's facing down, but the pilot is level.

Re: Infiltrator
Great colour combo here. Everything has been done perfectly, and I really love the wings, although they don't quite fit for a police mecha. Maybe if it was some guy trying to wreak havoc. I don't think police have chainguns and grenade launchers.

It might end up being a guy wrecking havoc, maybe military.

Re: Infiltrator
Dude this is pure win. My only concern is that you will put so much into these guys and neglect the who dio. Don't forget the details on your dio. The walls you did on your hanger are great now lets make sure this new 96x96 is full of that detail.
I love this man!

I plan on starting the dio once I make some BL orders. I plan on the dio being as detailed, or more detailed as this. I found some techniques to make big buildings detailed with about 500-800 parts. This is a year long project, so I have lots of time to work on this!

Re: Infiltrator
That is a brilliant use of green Knight. What set did you get them pieces from?

Re: Infiltrator
Wow , Knight you are amazing! I love the chaingun, how did you make it? If you do make it military perhaps a darker camo green would make it look a bit like a combat mecha, but anyway it's awesome and I can't wait to see your 96x96. Good luck with that, it'll take a while.

Re: Infiltrator
Used for stealth?! Looks like it'd be used for head on attack(ish)! Awesome wings though.

Re: Infiltrator
Great engineering with the opening cockpit and fitting a minifig inside. I dig the color choice too. I think the wings or arms should be a little bit bigger though. Right now it looks basically like a little annoying chick just hatched from an egg that I want to kick

No! The wings were a living nightmare to pose, they're strong, but when you try to move 'em they snap!

Re: Infiltrator
It's geniusly built. But it just seems a little akward, maybe it's the pose in that one photo though.
Re: Infiltrator
I still want to know how you made that chaingun! I personally think it might look a little better if you made the cockpit stick out a little less, but still a valliant effort.

Just take 7 1x4 black lightsaber bars, but 'em in a small tire, then put the middle bar in a 1x1 brick with studs on all 4 sides. I hope that helps!
