Oh wow, I see the hidden Rook now. I feel like such an idiot for not seeing it earlier. It was right infront of us the whole time and I was looking in all the wrong places. Seriously feel like a fool for not seeing this. Good one Rook. Putting your name into binary and representing the 0's and 1's with studs and tiles on the side of the ship was real clever. Thumbs up Razz

Ah wow, who ruled the Republic and then the Empire? Darth Sidious! A Sith! Doh!

While we’re on the topic, who was in control of the Separatists? Wink *coughsamedarthsidiousasithcough*

Thus the genius of the Sith. No matter who "won" the war, the Sith were still in control. Thumbs up

I know that but, The clones didn't, neither did the guards. Only dooku and sideous knew that. So in a way it doesn't matter that he ruled both sides. Now some of the clones could have been bbrain washed or something. But that would pretty much be the only way that they could be working with the sith. Oh and one more thing. The sith were seperatist and the clones fight the seperartist.

Ok first work on your proper nouns. (They are the ones that are capitalized. Wink )

Then let me simply say:

Order 66.

Wink

Back to the story though. What is that you don't understand? The elected ruler of the Republic gives specific tasks to a member of the Jedi Order, an Order that is sworn to protect the Republic. This ruler also gives commands to members of the Republic Army to assist this Jedi in a mission(s). The Jedi Master hires a few mercenaries to assist in their mission(s). The clones don't know their Jedi Master has turned to the dark side. In the same way that the clones followed their orders to kill everyone in the Jedi Temple with Anakin in EPIII.

That's a truly epic build Rook. I managed to occupy half an hour looking through all of the pics of it on flickr. I'm still trying to find some of the Easter Eggs though. Razz

I didn't really appreciate the size of the MOC until I saw the support craft in relation to the Rook Runner. I also really like the overall aesthetic of the build and the juxtaposition of colours.

@cjcutrone9: Well maybe Order 66 was prematurely given to Rook's Clones? Also, after Syfo Dias was murdered (by Dooku I think) the Clone Army ended up under the direct control of the Sith (namely Dooku and Palpatine). Look it up on wookiepedia.

@Rook: Precisely, not only were the Sith able to engineer a war which engulfed most of the galaxy; they controlled both sides therefore allowing them to decide the outcome of the war. Your explanation is pretty cool and it could be a possibility that if a Jedi fell under the sway of the dark side their legion would still blindly follow the Jedi.

In a way I as being naughty and had to rush I am at school right now Embarassed ( technically I am home scholled). but that is beside the point. Now that I know the Sith was a former Jedi it all makes sence. Thanks for correcting me. (no I am not being sarcastic)

Cool. I did home school as well for several years while I lived in Brazil.

Yeah their 1st mission is my next project. Basically it's a Republic unit(s) that has missions that are like black ops type missions. Master Rook makes bogus mission reports to send to Council. Keeping the Jedi Council in the dark about the true nature of his missions and that he has turned to the dark side. The Clones help slip through the Republic ranks unquestioned and the mercenaries spear head the missions into areas controlled by the Separatists.

Samesies. Thanks for showing though, and I love including easter eggs in my mocs. There's one reoccurring piece in every single one of my mocs that I've ever built, and it's very easy to see too.

Ah well sadly still not good enough to get on TBB. Hopefully I'll make that break through with my smaller MOCs. This was more cluttered then I would have preferred due to the lack of pieces.

It's strange, it got frontpaged here and Eurobricks. I sent in a request the day you posted too. Sometimes it just takes a week or two to get blogged because they're busy/have other mocs in line first. You can't go unnoticed again. I sent a request last time with the Venator too. Roll Eyes

I sent on too, but they says it looked like Eric's.

Here they have no excuse, it's completely original.
