A 1000 Words are Worth a 1000 Words
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…
READ!
It amazes me how many people go on the internet and don’t actually read, and just “look”. Here’s a few examples you may enjoy. Note the descriptions below the blank fields that tell you what to do. It's amazing it's like someone wrote something long ago to help guide you through your journey. "Ancient words long preserved for our walk in this world. They resound... ...oh let the ancient words impart."

A warning to parents:
The internet is not a safe place for your three year olds, please stop them from trying to register.

Re: A 1000 Words are Worth a 1000 Words
I got a kick out of these. But yes, I am shocked how many people don't read or obey rules.
Re: A 1000 Words are Worth a 1000 Words
The rules I can understand, most people just quickly read over things and retain very little of the info. But in this case there is blank field. Below it, it says insert THIS. And some people still look at it and go, "Oh blank field, I should type something in it. What on earth should I type? *I'm a genius!* I know I'll just make something up! "
When you log into say your email account it has two blank fields:

Do people just look at those and go…

…and hope that their email account will open up!?

This is why we have friendly staff members. To keep those who should not be here out, and those who are here, keep in order.

It just makes me laugh how many noobs there are on the internet . I'm glad this is one forum where we have been able to keep the noobs at bay.

That's disgusting.
I actually read the Constitution when I registered; kept me out of a lot of **** that could've happened.

Yeah I know because if I didn't I might not still be in this place by now.
But what really shocks me is those people's abilities to follow instructions.
Re: A 1000 Words are Worth a 1000 Words
That is kind of sad. I laugh, but I also pity them. For they can't comprehend what they read. Or they don't read. So sad.

Same here. In fact, I've never had a Mod or Admin write in colored ink on one of my posts correcting me for some thing I did wrong.Justin Pyne wrote:That's disgusting.

I used to be a bit like that when I first got in... My first app was rejected (I don't know why) and I got corrected a LOT of times on my first time. Then I took a short Hiatus, matured quite a bit, then came back. It still brings shame to know I could've been that bad a few years back...

One guy once put this as his code: "I don't have one."

I think some people treat the instructions and rules in the Constitution like those "terms of service" things you get when you download stuff. No one ever reads them and they just click OK.
I don't have trouble fallowing the rules because most of them are just common sence anyways.

Actually, you fail. "Fallowing" is the correct spelling.
He did misspell "sense" though.
