The Warbird Aerospace Superiority Fighter is the most distinguishable war vehicle of the Dominion, and like the Liberator is noted for it outstanding successes in the Portal War. The fighter features two magnetoplasmadynamic engines that can propel the fighter twice the speed of sound within atmosphere, or 1500 m/s in space; eight Assertion anti-ship missiles; a undermounted plasma repeater; and, a belly-mounted Ripper array that can launch a multitude of Ring-Inducted Plasma Rockets, or flares to disrupt enemy sensors and tracking systems.

Warbird pilots are a rare breed. They need to be of the highest physical and mental fitness, and be capable of resisting the intense G-forces that the fighter exerts against them. Warbirds are capable of both atmospheric and space flight, and are also capable of re-entering the atmosphere, but lacks the power to exit a planet's atmsophere on its own.

Fantastic as usual Mike. That cockpit window is usually hard to work with, but you seemed to make it flow nicely!

Hola Wow! Amazing! I love the way you inset the cockpit, while still maintaining the flow. Great job!

Great photoshopping and a great colorscheme on the starfighter, the armament looks menacing! The body shape does sort of stick out to me though, sort of short and the wings begin from the front very abruptly if you catch my drift, the angle is close to 90 degrees it seems. I would have stretched out the fighter and maybe that's something you can think about for a beta version or something!

The fighter was always meant to be more wingspan than length. Though I guess it could use a little extra length...

(that's what she said)

Thanks everyone.

Razz Hilarious! It's nice to see humour on Lego forums. You don't get it all too much...

It seems a bit thick in the front where the cockpit is compared with the rest of the plane but maybe thats just the angle of the picture? Wink But good job this plane looks really nice. Smile
