Micro Moon Outpost
The past few months I've had this satellite (just the dish) sitting on my desk, and I couldn't find a use for it in a minifig scale MOC. Then I realized it was much more useful in a micro MOC. I don't normally build micro, but this was a refreshing build, and I hope to build more micro in the future.

Re: Micro Moon Outpost
Doesn't really scream "Moon" to me. The terrain should be light bley or white. However, I do like the dish and the bio-domes!

"Buzz"ospheres fits TLG bricks. That dish is AMAZING! Using those technic ball join parts can be hard to use..Rook wrote:Yum. Like the biospheres.

Wow.
Some fantastic parts usage all around.
Double cool points for using sand blue.
And I like the tan.
Though are all the things just sitting on the base? or do you acutally have snot bricks under there ? (not that it matters, just curious).

The contrast of the minimalism of the terrain with the complexity of the dish design is quite striking. I approve.

Yep, everything is connected with either 1x1's with the stud on the side or 1x4's with 4 studs on one side.

The tan, to me, says "Arizona" more than anything. Dark orange would look more like Mars.
I guess it's me being a science nerd that's making me picky on this, because it really is a nice little microscale base.

Loving the MOC Knight, The usage of the buzz droid hemisphere is NPU In my eyes.
Re: Micro Moon Outpost
The locking of the 3x3 dish in place with light blue technics pieces make this for me.
