Flat tire.
So the Warthog is the workhorse of the UNSC forces, going into the heat of battle, ferrying troops across almost any terrain, and most of all, blowing the heck out of Covenant forces. Every now and again though, something goes wrong, like what happened here.

Re: Flat tire.
I'm not into Halo much but it doesn't take a lot to recognize a good from a bad moc. Good work on the Warthog as well as the whole wheel changing process. What's that pilar in the background? If you're going to do background stuff I suggest just more than one thing because it looks a little awkward. Nice clean studless baseplate as well as a nice clean picture. Welcome 1337
Re: Flat tire.
I don't know much from Halo either but it does look like a great MOC, well done!

Re: Flat tire.
That's pretty darn amazing! The Warthog of yours inspired me to build my AT-T/3, and it's all just great! Good to have another excellent builder on here.
Re: Flat tire.
The warthog colors are not correct but the shape is, I like the road in the MOC too. Good job!

Re: Flat tire.
Incredible work once again! I kinda like the solotary pillar, though it doesn't remind me of Halo to much. It gives it a clean look. The lack of exciting colors are nice too! great job again!
Re: Flat tire.
Haha thanks guys, the pillar as you call it is supposed to be a street light, I tried to make it as haloesque as possible
As for the colors, I know they're not right, and it's ok because i'm working on an urban assault team with all grey vehicles

I knew it was a street lamp! Again, great work!
Re: Flat tire.
Thank you! This was also my first shot at a SNOT road, I recently took apart a battleship MOC that had a LOT of 1x4's in it, so i figured i'd try my hand at it

Re: Flat tire.
Very nice work! But I've been playing Halo for the past week...and I'm not sure if they can get flat tires. I think they might be self sealing.

Nah, comics are for noobs. I prefer to capture the essence in one shot.

Re: Flat tire.
He's just saying that comics aren't used by expert builders, more of the "Less Elite".
Rook doesn't do comics. Wuzzup doesn't do comics. DY doesn't do comics.

Well when you put it like that he does make sense.

Re: Flat tire.
Just because you do comics doesn't make you a noob per se, it's the quality of them, which most kids who make comics these days don't do anything more than use MS Paint, which I have to say, is not very good for your image. I don't want to try and make comics because it won't make it any better if I mess up and I don't want to put in the effort, how's that?

Re: Flat tire.
For example. Sial is no noob, and I'd like to think that I'm not one either. Agreeing with Emperor... um, CloneCommando1337...
Re: Flat tire.
I agree, most "Elites" don't use comics...
But there are some comic makers who stand out, and they are definitely not noobs!

However I am inclined to see the point of 1137's opinion. Comics are often done because they are entertaining and they still get a lot of responses even though they often don't require as much skill as master MOCing. So comics may be a way for those who can't make excellent MOC's to still benifit the community and themselves.
And I'm not saying that comics are for losers who can't build or anything, just that they often don't require as much building technique or skill as master MOC's.
