SoroSuub X-16
Back
Made for this.
I really hate the back, but it's only going to get ten seconds max of screen-time, so that makes me feel better about it. I also don't have a windshield like that in clear, so it kinda messed up the color scheme I had planned for it.

Even though it has a lack of screen time, I'm sure you can do better than that. maybe raise the whole thing up a stud and add some plates... and smooth out the bottom with some of these?
Re: SoroSuub X-16
Looks okay, I like the engine and fins on the back, and the driver looks cool too, but still seams a little plain. If you have a speed racer windsheild that would look realy good on this. The front isn't the best, has too many angles, needs to be more rounded I think.

Up a stud... hmm. Good ideas. I'll see what I can do.pdragon27 wrote:Even though it has a lack of screen time, I'm sure you can do better than that. maybe raise the whole thing up a stud and add some plates... and smooth out the bottom with some of these?
If I had a piece that could round off the front, I'd use it. And I don't have any Speed Racer sets. Good ideas guys; thanks!wrecks wrote:Looks okay, I like the engine and fins on the back, and the driver looks cool too, but still seams a little plain. Hey, it's a clunker - a trashy civilian vehicle, so I've no complaints. It fills it's role, and it doesn't look half bad .
Re: SoroSuub X-16
Actually I think the back looks awesome! Doesn't look bad though maybe some tiles would go nicely on the top.
Re: SoroSuub X-16
The back looks fine: I only have to ask, though, why the different placements of those three dark grey pieces? The two 1x2 ridged wedges are to the left while the 1x2 grate is to the right.

Thanks; that's kinda what I had in mind. Those moisture farmers aren't very wealthy.Sialboats wrote:Hey, it's a clunker - a trashy civilian vehicle, so I've no complaints. It fills it's role, and it doesn't look half bad .
Tiles on the back, or the front? I tried the front; it doesn't look all that good.Gerrard wrote:Actually I think the back looks awesome! Doesn't look bad though maybe some tiles would go nicely on the top.
They're just random vents. As for the placement, I tried putting the 1x2 behind the wedges but it looked too big.80-0 wrote:The back looks fine: I only have to ask, though, why the different placements of those three dark grey pieces?
