Nope, It's all Sharpie, no tape used.

Ehh...dominoes or game dice? I'm not sure no offense, I just had to say it. But still, the colors clash too much. it probably looks better in less lighting.

Well Actually they are black 327th Star Corps troopers, look closely at the torso design, there is a pauldron on them.
