WWII Camp Scene

Entered it in the WWII Lego Contest on Flickr, if I win I'm not sure if I can get the prizes since my mom isn't internet-friendly. So far I really only think that PhiMa and The Ranger of Awesomeness have a chance at beating me...

With my Pab order I could upgrade it though.

Oooh, very nice, I love the campfire, and the tree isn't half bad either!

Yeah it came to me one day that I could use the LEGO Indy campfire design and just position the brown cones carefully in the gaps to look like logs and give it a full campfire.

This is pretty good, as well as...I dunno, it's neat!

Oh, can you give me a link to the World War II contest on Flickr? I would like to enter my new upgraded Sherman/battle group!

It's a neat lil' creation,

1. Campfire: Nice idea.
2. Tree: like most have said kinda thin.
3. Figs: Awesome!

CAmpfire is pretty cool, though a couple more flame pieces would make it better, otherwise, nice job!

The four soldiers are all American, right? Otherwise it's a nice compact little scene.

Yeah, I'm upgrading it (making the tree larger).

Good luck! I'm trying to win Vignette with this (and as you probably can see I have a chance), I'm going to make it a bit larger and probably make the tree larger and put in some more foliage.

I'm gonna enter the Bignette category mainly, gonna make my first entry with the Hedgerow fighting in normandy!

Its a shame that DP and PhiMa are away because they could enter (PhiMa entered twice already I think) but DP hasn't entered.
