Halloween Costume Shop
The LUG was allowed to use one of the Displays at the library to feature our builds for a month. We are using it as a way to reach out the the community and let the AFOLS know we exist and to come out of hiding. While we were setting up the display parents and kids all stopped to admire on their way in.
This was my contribution. Was able to build it in 2 nights and thanks Hazard for the coffin and cauldron.

Second to last pic isn't working.
Anyways, I love this MOC! Excellent idea! I especially like the Witch's area. Great job!

Re: Halloween Costume Shop
Very fun. Looks really awesome. It displays a store well, the sections are really nice. The only part I don't like is the witche's area. It seems to... abrupt.

Not sure what you mean, but the vampire and witch area are meant to be those scary displays you find in costume shops, but these are less scary.
I was planning on a slightly more spooky design but still limited in parts that I need for what I have in mind. Maybe next year.
Re: Halloween Costume Shop
Yes I understand. The vampire works nice, since it is just rised, but the witch has abrupt rocks around her. If they were lower in the front and higher in the back it would feel more like it flowed, and probably give the shoppers a better view of her.
Re: Halloween Costume Shop
I see what you are saying, I was going for a cave feeling and it did come out the way I wanted it to...well partly, I wanted to cover the walls around her as well but didn't have the time to learn the techniques to make a cave entrance.
Re: Halloween Costume Shop
I like how the store is selling a pistol.
(It's awesome BTW.)
