Infantry Support Tank, CBP alternate W instructions!
How many of you have those worthless models from the Clone Trooper Battle pack lying around your house? Do you want something more? Something better?
First, I'm going to present my Infantry Support Tank as an MOC.
Overview:
Cockpit opening feature:
Side rear view:
A little about the IST:
The Infantry Support Tank was commisioned as a medium republic hovertank to the 222nd legion. It sports one heavy cannon and two smaller blaster cannons. It has a crew of two; one pilot, and one gunner. There are two holds on either side of the gunner that hold blasters rather well, for storage. The cockpit opens up for the pilot to get in and out, and the main cannon swivels and pivots in all directions.
Now for the instructions. You will need...
Two Clone Battle Packs
and
Three other pieces
and
White 1x6 1/3 brick
Now for the Build. This will take five to ten minutes, but it is worth it. I love these guys, they are so nice and represent a medium hovertank well.

Please comment. I worked hard on doing the pictures for the instructions. Try to build, it is not hard!

I can see you've worked hard so good job. However, personally I will keep my speeders the way they are. Your tank doesn't really flow, it doesn't really seem as if it belongs to the republic. Like I said before, It looks like a car with no wheels on. Keep trying new ways of building it and eventually, It will be brilliant. IMHO

I do like your tank and it is a good use of all those battle pack pieces. I think I will make one or five!

You know, this tank kinda reminds me of an amphibious assault vehicle from WWII, I really like this tank!!!!

Looks great CC. Nice design. What I was going for with the TX-350 (a lot of pieces from Clone Packs in there), but I used too much color (two brown pieces from the Droid pack. I thought I could get away with it).
Instead of calling it a tank, I feel the size of it makes it more like an assault vehicle of some sort. Or maybe a light tank, light infantry assault vehicle perhaps. Reminds me of the vehicles that the Germans had in the final battle of "Saving Private Ryan" that supported the Tiger Tanks when they rolled into town.

I really like this my only gripe is the fact that it is blocky.

Off topic...anyways, seeing as it's here now, this tank is pretty sweet. Pizzamovies uses it in his movies (I think)
Re: Infantry Support Tank, CBP alternate W instructions!
Yes, this tank is used in the 222nd Chronicles, Pizzamovie's videos, and by several other people as well.

They are wheel rims(not sure what they're called) but they were used as the top of the turret in the Clone Battlepack.

Sweet CC007! And thanks for the instructions.
Re: Infantry Support Tank, CBP alternate W instructions!
As we say on the Warcraft forums: "Lol thread necro!"
Or any variation thereof. It's a nice little tank, just to stay on topic of this year old thread.
