This thing screams: I'M FIRIN' MY LAZER!

The HM-AC (Heavy Mobile Artillery Cannon) was an extremely powerful mobile artillery unit used by Republic forces during the Clone Wars to eliminate large enemy units (Sonic Tanks, Seperatist Capitol Ships, Droid Control Ships, etc.). It uses treads protected by armored rings, to slowly, but surely, lug its way around the battlefield. It has a blaster cannon and grenade launcher on its sides to protect it while mobile, but the massive cannon at the top is where its real power lies. When the pilot finds a place to stop, the arms behind the tank lower in order to lock the weapon in place to prevent it from flipping from recoil of the gun. Also, a heavy armored plate covers the front of the cockpit to stop the sonic explosion from the laser blast from shattering the glass. After locking on to its target and charging the Photon Cannon for to max charge (taking ten minutes) it fires a devistating laser blast capable of blasting a Capitol Ship from orbit. The cannon's power and accuracy (so great it could accurately shoot from planet surface into a planet's orbit) made it extremely expensive, and has seen few battles because of it. Its first appearance was in the Attack on Muunilinst where one took down a Banking Clan Ship. The technology for the cannon on this ship was later upgraded and it's power greatly increased when the same technology was used on both dreaded Death Stars.

Your thing says it uses treads, but where are they?

"It uses treads protected by armored rings." The treads don't actually exist, but there are immaginary treads under the rings (Turbo tank wheels).

It looks good though it should have a bit more plating for protection.

I think those back Technic pieces are stabilizers.
