Commander 80-0, that's his line .
Anyway, I like the effects, but it makes it hard to see what's going on.

I really don't mind.
Anyway, I'll put up a link to the version of the pic without SFX
Re: Battle for the Mountain Factories of Korriban
I like it even without SFX, it looks great! How'd you get the things on the wall to stick?
Re: Battle for the Mountain Factories of Korriban
WOW!!!!!!!! That is so great I love to see crab droid too !!
Re: Battle for the Mountain Factories of Korriban
- I can't think of anything to say that hasn't already been said so this emoticon will have to do.
Re: Battle for the Mountain Factories of Korriban
Can someone tell me whats so OMGTHISISBESTTHINGEVERZOMG about it?
I mean sure, it's good, but all I see is a bunch of droids and original Lego sets, -1 on the creativity scale, and with SFX its just Droids, Lego Sets, Clones, and alot of lasers.
I'm not saying I don't like it, I'm just wondering why everyones freaking out.

Actually, it came from the game Splinter Cell. In training, Colonel Irving Lambert says 'Holy Christmas, Fisher! You're already at the end!' I've used it ever since, so I was kinda excited to see someone else using it.

Scenery is good but not much creativity.

Actually, after looking at it again, I do think that is the case. Although, the special effects are blocking my view.
Re: Battle for the Mountain Factories of Korriban
Well to answer Uber's question, the composition of the scene as a whole is what makes this scene- :superoh: worthy. Fantastic Job Gareth! I have yet to reveal my entry, but I hope it'll be on the same level as this.

Take another look at it. Look at the AAT: See the way it slid into position; it's at an angle, but the turret is still aimed at the clones! Creativity! Now look at the mountainous walls of Korriban: There's a crab droid crawling on it! A crab droid! Creativity! Now look at the ARMY(a REAL army) of droids and clones, and look at the BARC speeder flying overhead! Creativity! There's several dwarf spider droids, and one downed. You HAVE to love a bignette like this.

Re: Battle for the Mountain Factories of Korriban
The only things Garet DID make is the crab droid and the scenery.
Creativity-wise he just used actual Lego-sets, which is NOT being creative.
ANGLES ARE NOT PART OF THIS KIND OF CREATIVITY!

Thank you for trying, but I think Uberlag has chosen his opinions and stuck to them
