Tuxen Attack: Warming up
Story: The 101st legion have managed to track down the leader of the TPA (Technoligical Planetary Alliance), Banja down to the Urban planet Tuxen, a sepratist planet that was taken 3 months after the battle of Gianosis (sp?). He has fled to a small outpost. The legion have decided that it is best to end the battle before it has even begun, so they attack the outpost. Banja Escaped by shooting the outposts cannon. The result of most of the troopers (Minus the commanders) died. He then stole the Intact speeder and fled to his main base of operations.
It features 5 of my new troopers (Urban Combat trooper, Sniper commander, commander Phyco, new heavy trooper and new command trooper), My sig-fig (Alec from the comics) and a speeder bike, plus a Ground Bombardment platform .
Banja is the human who is fleeing.
The battle
Alec in action
The clone attack force
The GBP
The droids, and you can see Mr. Chicken there
The TPA sniper
I called this 8X8 "The 8X8 of death ". I know it is unreal, but I threw in some blood
The inside of the outpost
I made it very run down on purpose, because when the planet was taken, the CIS killed everyone and everything .
A moments silence for the 100,00000 inhabitents of the planet.

Re: Tuxen Attack: Warming up
I like the story and the idea of the people but...
The people could use a little bit more paint or marker what ever you used.
my favorite is the blue clone
grammer is correct

Markers. My black is running critically low, so I have to use it sparingly.

Good grammer takes practice, just keep at it. Aki, this is cool, but you need a backdrop NOW, I was distracted by the stuff in the background. Other than that it was COOL!

Very chaotic battle, that's nice, but the surroundings could use some work.

Actually, 'grammer' isn't correct. Grammar is.
Also, nice pencil case. Yours?
Anyway, the MOC earns a solid "meh" from me. Sorry, but the only bit of scenery that looks like any thought has gone into it is the turret/bunker/thing area (nice antenna solution, by the way), and even that needs beefing up something chronic. The rest either feels like a mish-mash of whatever was at hand (the Clone ship/bubble turret/wotsit is pretty underwhelming because of this) or something done in a hurry with the minimum amount of parts needed - most of the base is just plates stuck to other plates by one or two bricks. If you're going for a 'broken road' look, try using hinges or SNOT (see Rocko's sideways roads for some awesome examples). As it is, it just looks unfinished (and don't forget to push the bricks down the whole way! ). I hope you keep trying, as people generally get better the longer they build for.

It is supposed to be all messy, as the planet was wiped out of all life years ago.

Re: Tuxen Attack: Warming up
Yes, but there's a difference between messy and unfinished. If you want it to look like it's been blown to bits, put in some rubble (properly built, not just random bricks) and some believable scenery. I find that half-destroyed buildings with girders sticking out are usually quite effective, but it has to look like it used to be something, not just randomly strewn about the place. At the moment, it doesn't convince me that it used to be something - rather, it looks like someone's stuck a turret and a metal gazebo on Pencilcase Avenue.

Ditto, Aki you should expand it too. Add on to it and make an even bigger scene, that would be cool!
