Friday's MOC; Attack of the Mutant

Desgined to show off the awesomeness of BrickArms and a few figures in black, I decided that this MOC's theme was post-apoc.

It is the year 3012. The Nuclear War has ended; thousands have been exposed to radiation. The radiation has caused them to become pallid, grey-skinned and aggressive; brainless but powerful. A Special Forces program has been set up to capture and contain these mutants before they wipe out the remaining human population.

A squad of four Special Forces soldiers encounter a stray mutant in a remote shack. As they get into position, the shack suddenly explodes in flames. The mutant appears, jumping through the air, a black spear grasped in one hand, and a machine gun in the other. Having no other choice, the soldiers open fire at their powerful assailant…

Wow the storyline is so good! I liked the brown in this moc, but were the greebles on the ground necessary? Good work Axel!

That is flippin beastly! This is inspiring me to do some small post apoc greebles.

Meh, I had to find a way to make it more detailed. Think of the greebles as pipes or hydraulics or machinery if you must. You'll find that I'll use a lot of greebling in my post-apoc MOCs in future.

i finished another Post Apoc MOC featuring another Mutant. It's set before this MOC, before the Indianna jones looking guy joined up with the Special Forces. The weather's horrible for pictures. Guess you'll have to wait until next week!
