ARC Flame Trooper >Updated<
Update 1.2 - Took out most of the text concerning the pictures.
Update 1.1 - Rephrased a lot, also ran a spelling and grammar check.
Update 1.0 - Added more pics, and links.
After digging around in my collection for my CC-Cody parts and two dark bley minifig hands for about an hour,
I was finally able to finish my ARC Flame Trooper. The finished result is shown below.
Epic Pose Pics:
Flamethrower and Backpack Pics:
Alternate Backpack Pics:
Preview:
Flame - This is CT-1737 'Flame'. Over.
Control - We read you Flame, go ahead. Over.
Flame - I've encountered an unknown droid, I'm just checking to see if you have any information on it. Over.
Control - Our databases don't have it on record. Looks like you're on your own. Over.
Flame - Alright, preparing to begin attack. Over and out.

Re: ARC Flame Trooper >Updated<
I just realized that that the Commander Cody color scheme went nice with the flames
Re: ARC Flame Trooper >Updated<
That is very nice. It completely blows my flame unit out of the water.

Re: ARC Flame Trooper >Updated<
Very nice, but I like the other one better fits the flame thing with the red.
But other than that it's all good.

No, I mean the orange chest piece on the flamer-clone. Not sure if that comes in a set...

Awesome use of minifig legs in the backpacks. Though, like others, I think I prefer the WIP that used Fox instead of Cody.

Yes, I can verify that I did use Cody's torso and helmet from set 7676: Republic Attack Gunship to make this minifig.flare wrote:Well you can for $120 if you want to buy the set, or you could buy just the CC-Cody minifig from BrickLink.Sialboats wrote:Ooooh, I have to get me hands on that.Thunder-blade wrote:That's Commander Cody's armor. BTW Sialboats, here are some links to make finding and buying set 7676 / CC-Cody a lot easier.
BrickLink Catalog Page for set 7676.
BrickLink Catalog Page for just CC-Cody.
