Re: 541st Chronicles #5: A Midwinter Night
Those wo pics are the best of them. The line is just awesome looking, and the blurred droid forces are awesome. The stories wonderful. Next time if you had like two more important clnes, that would be nice. You would have more characters for people to care about, and then you'd be able to kill one off. Fans would mourn a important character's death, and that would really be a great blow to them, and get them even more emotionally into the story!Sialboats wrote:(First time using blaster effects, first time doing night-fighting effects. Sialboats, that artillery picture is AMAZING!! I love it! great idea for the shell holder too. I really like the Tri-droid too; good idea with the wheel on top of the droid as the top! I really like this comic, I like the night effects too! great job with this! 10/10!

I like this! The effects are good, and a good plot with action and some humor to it!

Re: 541st Chronicles #5: A Midwinter Night
Thank you, everyone! I didn't think it was that good ... the MOC wasn't as substantial as I would have liked.
I did, only I used lighting effects on multiple layers and blended them together with the eraser tool to get the glow in the night.Alpha wrote:Shoots! This is your best one yet! Did you make the blasts the same you you do lightsabers?

Didn't use gaussians. I duplicated the image into multple layers, made sure all of them had a alpha chanel. I made a basic lighting scheme for the first copy. Then I applied one lighting effect on one layer, another on another layer, so on so forth. Using the eraser, I had each layer's effect show up. I merged down my layers, applied the bolts in the halos of light, and then added in the text.
cool comic
Wow that is cool. You did a good job on the tri droid and the lasers! Keep up the awesome work!

Armored Engineeers
A concept exclusive to the highly mobile 541st, the Armored Engineer is a multi-purpose trooper. Capible of preforming all the roles of a infantryman, they are additionally able to function as a engineer and pilot. Hand picked from the ranks of the standard infantry, they undergo a two month long conditioning course. Flash training and real-life simulations give them the knowledge required to pilot most ground-based vehicles, establish defensive postions, operate large field cannon, and make in-theater, and even in-combat repairs.

I am really sorry to do this, Jeremy there is a 5 word minimum rule so you have to post at least five words or its spamming.
Obey that rule and the no BUMPing rule and you should be fine.
