Clone Wars At-At

I made a snow speeder, and thought why not make the at-at version? It was just sitting there, or should I say walking... What I changed is the color scheme, the middle can now hold troops, the top (extra gunner), and doubled the fire power! Warning! this may be portal worthy, and PICTURE HEAVY....
Here it is:

I like it! Did you make it yourself or did you use the official AT-AT?

Either way it is portal worthy!

Dang. that looked pretty good. I liked the front of the cockpit. It looked like it had teeth.

I wouldn't say this is portal worthy, for many reasons. Firstly, it's a modification of an existing set. Secondly, the modifications look too tacked on. Thirdly, the colour scheme is a mess. Fourthly, the Clone Wars era AT-AT is very different to the Imperial version, as seen here. You can see that it's boxier, the legs are thinner and the head is a different shape. So make it so!

That looks like the AT-TE a bit but yours is too tall.

That's not a Rep AT-AT... it doesn't look like one in any way...

Well, it has four legs, a large boxy body and a head with guns on either side. How much more AT-AT-ish do you want it to be? But yeah, it's pretty much an Imperial AT-AT with plates tacked on at the moment. Try flattening/widening the head, squaring up the body and adding that lip on the top front edge, and maybe it'll look better.

I agree with everyone else, this need some work, it's basically the official AT-AT with some Republic Red on it...

It needs more work... but you all can't blame DY if he didn't know about the "canonical" Republic AT-AT...

Yes you can. It's on Wookiepedia, I frequently check for source pictures before I try to build something. It's a lovely thing called accuracy, I do believe...

That's what I was describing. See, it has a flatter/wider head, a squarer body and a lip on the top front edge...

I always check Wookiepedia before making anything... it always gives me ideas and good sources...

But Dy may or may not do what we do...

It looks like you just put on a couple random pieces on a motorized AT-AT....try looking at some pictures before you make a moc.

Pretty good, but not as accurate as it should be.

That looks cool! The only problem is you just added some dark red bricks to lego's official AT-AT. I love the commandos.

Yes; the head needs to be smaller and the legs aren't as thick.

He said they were CIS(Confederacy of Independent Systems) Commandos which are basically mercs hired by the CIS(the droids) to fight the Republic.

Well you guys thanks for all of the comments. I actually didn't know that there was a republic AT-AT already, so I just used my imagination like you should every once in a while. I only use wookieepedia for reference to something I am trying to make. Also, this was supposed to be a specialized At-At for the commandos. In the future I shall look to see if my ideas are already taken. Again thanks for all the comments!

It's an AT-AT by the way.

Ahh, a specialized AT-AT. I see.

And if you didn't already know there was a Rep AT-AT you did good making one with an idea of an idea in mind rather than an idea of a Star Wars vehicle in mind.

Don't know what purpose that served. The fact remains that this is canonically innacurate, whereas I was giving advice that is theoretically sound... no need to be so juvenile...
