My Adventure's MOC.
Does anyone remember the old Adventure's series? Well I do. And one day, when I was bored, I built this.
The Adventure team is searching for a long lost Norse treasure. They think that a clue to the treasure is hidden somewhere in a very old mansion. After searching the mansion for hours, Dr. Kilroy and Miss Pippin Reed are just about to give up. That is, until they look in the study room...
Overview:
Close up on fireplace:
Cloe up on the table:
The secret passageway!
I'm (Insert Name Here), and I approve of this MOC.

Here's a better picture of the other side of the bookshelf:
Does that help?

I get it.... but I think the skeleton looks alive... make it look more "dead"....you know lifeless...

Agredd. The book shelves are a really great touch!

Nice squid...looks very good with all those gems hanging off it. Maybe using tiles instead of plates would lok better on the ground.

I like this octopus you made. The skulls really go well with it.

Awesome! I'm a big fan of the Adventurers line, too, and this is actually along the lines of something I wanted to build for them a while ago. The bookcase is great, especially with all the 2x2 tiles as books, and the secret passage is very Adventurers-ish. Oh, and it looks a bit like Cthulhu's head on the fireplace.

I disagree; the Adventurers are from the olden days of yore when you don't have fifty thousand plates in each set.
Looks good; I always liked this line, and I'm glad you gave Pippin her hair! The secret passage is nice as well; I didn't see Johnny in the first shot so I had to look again and lo and behold I saw him sneaking through.
The octopus is also very clever, as are the crystal skulls used as decorations on either side.

That was what I wanted to do first. (about the tiles) But I didn't have enough for the MOC.
Re: My Adventure's MOC.
Don't you hate it when you've got people who've rotted out and decomposed behind your bookshelves? Good work Insert. The books are my favorite part of the moc. I've never thought about using those tiles before... and they actually look better than the lego books: more proportional I suppose. Adventure mocs are always fun!

Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. great design TLC
Re: My Adventure's MOC.
But wasn't the books for the Bellville line?
I have no clue though... since I don't have any!

I had sooo many from the Harry Potter line it wasn't even funny. Unfortunately they all went after order 64 and the great reformation...
