Phase two gold squadron pilot

I got my chromed 3po today! (thanks lukas!) But, the only reason I got him cheap was because he had some marker, and some faded paint on him. Since it isn't that valuable I thought it would be cool to make a chrome clone, so hear he is!

Wow, you found a use for him! My freind did that with a castle fig, then he lost the helm, put three-pe-oh, back together and gave him to me!

I must admit I probably wouldn't do this with my 3PO.

But the goldness is just awesome.

It looks cool, but that is NOT an official LEGO Chromed C-3P0, it id homemade, here's how I know: Unlike the LEGO version, but more prototypical, his right arm and left leg are silver, not gold, on the LEGO one he's ALL Gold. Also the Chroming is coming off in some areas, LEGO's probably wouldn't do that, also, the color of the gold is slightly different then LEGOs. So yes it DOeS look cool, but thos pieces are NOT from an Official LEGO Chromed C3-P0, sorry.

The paint is faded a lot, it is in pretty bad condition...
