Heavy Repeating Turrets *New Technique* Empty Heavy Repeating Turrets *New Technique*

I built two new turrets using a technique nobody has discovered here... tank treads as ammo clips, they look like the long strands of bullets used in machine gunner turrets in WWII. Inspired by Nannan Z's numerous designs

I first give you my Heavy repeater, a bit inaccurate but very fast fire rate. I like how I got the mini-fig torso in how I did.

My second one is a lighter turret that can be detached.

I don't really like the tank treads, as they're a bit big. If only TLC made the ones seen on the new Hailfire droid in black!

The gun however, is very different! Nice work Razz !

I had that idea a long time ago, but I never made a good enough gun to go with them, but yeah use smaller treads.

He said inspired by Nannan Z. I've been trying to figure it out forever. How do they attach? To the gun that is? What piece!

Find the middle hole in the tread, any pole will fit through it Zeph. I used a piece that has one stud and has an "L" shaped pole on it. On the second one that is. Fordo Yo!

Nice guns, but the treads look a little big for an ammo clip.

Man that thing looks awesome! But I suggest you use the treads from the hailfire tank, even though they're brown. Smile

The guns are nice, but as already said, the ammo clip is way too large. How on earth would clone troopers carry that? Shocked I'd go with that MG42 clip BA is going to make.

This is pretty good! I like the heavy cannon the best. However, I think you should sort out the ammo chain.
