As far as Commander names go, I put 'Cold' into the Google translator for several different languages and got some nice results. Check out the possible names you could give him:
Norwegian: Commander Kald
Romanian: Commander Rece
Slovanian: Commander Mrzel
Swedish: Commander Kall
Portugese: Commander Frio
Lithuantian: Commander Salta
Dutch: Commander Koud

Pick one of those. I recommend Dutch.

Those troops are fairly good! Some have very nice straightish lines, and the photos are good too! Nice so far!

nice decals i was going to use 27 as my legion number but you beet me to it i even have a video almost done about the 27th oh well. I like the decals and ideas.

The coloration isn't too shabby but my favorite part is the clone swamp speeder that has been modded for this legion, great great great idea. I'm not sure how well it'd do in the cold though.

Modded? No way! I made that myself. For those of you who don't know the vehicle behind my pilots is my legions MAAT. Multi-Altitude-Attack-Transport. It is a real vehicle. Play the first level of Force Unleashed if you don't believe me. That orange and white gunship is an MAAT. Edit: Ooops, just realized I didn't post that pic.

Here it is:

Err... you've got the basic shape, but there are so many edges everywhere. Flatten it out, reinforce the wings, and the back of the ship looks bulky/has lots of pieces sticking out.

Yeah, I don't have many slopes right now...

And the color is a bit all over the place...

You have uniform colors (black, blue, white, gray) but it's in a disorderly fashion.

The RG looks a little bulky with a couple random pieces, but I love your swamp speeder!
