It looks like an inverted STAP actually.

So where would the snipers go? Also the "dome" part looks like the bottom of an AAT.

I'm modifying it for them to sit in the dark area. This is hard picture to see much detail. So I'm just guessing and making it work for Minifigs.

It looks like the dark area is actually a dark PERSON, and that he is laying down with his head covered by something.

An hour for those? To come up with the design at least. With instructions: 5 Minutes with pieces laid out.

Re: 88th Sniper Speeders
An hour is a long time for a set of that size, but if you have to start from scratch, then search for the pieces, and make it look good, an hour is short, for me it'd take just an hour to FIND the parts, let alone BUILD something.

An hour to look at the picture, work through the size and pieces, make a second, build a platform, photograph, while eating lunch.

I, at no time, have ever run for Federal Office of any major country.
That job was very cool. However, they closed down this last month. Sad story. Here was their web page. http://www.bunpenny.com

You should run, if you lived in the U.S. I'd say run for president, you'd be alot better than the current options! I went to the site, looked like a neat place! You said they just closed, thats really too bad.

Re: 88th Sniper Speeders
The mall was charging them $48,000 USD a month rent! "F"ing highway robbey! Howard County is one of the richest counties in the US. (Well used to be. It's been 10 years since I worked there full time. I did work the summe of 2001 for a few months before I got married.)
Re: 88th Sniper Speeders
$48,000 a month, you would have to be like Microsoft(or an oil company ) to pay THAT kind of Rent, Highway Robbery is an understatment!

Their biggest client was The Rouse Company. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rouse_Company Now that they are gone. I guess there was probably no question that Bun Penny was going to close, too.

That's an interesting lesson in economics!

Re: 88th Sniper Speeders
The Rouse Company was an umbrella company owning half of the East coast almost at one point. When they were bought out. New management, new rules, new locations. One of their main offices was just across the street and did $1000's of sales a week. One night in '98 or '99 I did a CASH ONLY drop to the bank, for my boss, that was just sales for that day of over $15,000. That's not including checks, debit, and credit. Talk about being nervous. Me and one of section managers joked about going to the islands together that night. She was hot!
Re: 88th Sniper Speeders
WOW, I would be terribly nervous in that situation. That is one crazy large, Company?-Conglamoration?
