Sorry Bantha if I steal any thunder... but this is my WIP Snow Phase I Trooper

The only reason he has that decal on is so when I make the mold for him the face will be nice and smooth instead of all chopped up from hacking at the snow trooper helmet.

They haven't yet. They are featured in the episode this Friday. We saw previews from the last episode which is what the helmet is being made from.

It looks like you could just get a snowtrooper helmet, put a thing layer of clay/putty of it to remove the eyeholes, paint and decal, and your done! If I am wrong please reply. But it seems like this would work.
