Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
Ok, now that we got that out of the way. How can you improve your clone?
I don't have the guts to modify my Lego like that. So keep it up!

I'm glad too. He was beginning to get on my nerves. Well many ways.Rook wrote:Ok, now that we got that out of the way. How can you improve your clone?
1. Better paint job
2. Use better "Radio Antennas"

Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
Just read posts before you quote/post about them please?
On a different note: Yeah change the blades, oh and the sharpie is kinda....messy, I would use paint, or just stickers.

Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
I suggest getting rid of the sharpies entirely, I saw you use paint, but I meant just use paint, not sharpies.

Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
You have to have a really steady hand to use a marker or brush.
Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
That's what I thought. Thanks lots.Rook wrote:Maybe trim the round part off of the "knives".
Uberlag. I don't have a extra small brush but I have sharpies so I use that for small parts. Such as the sratches.

I don't think so. You have the right helmet but your shoulders are 5 times as big as they should be.

My topic ISN'T for fighting it is for talking about my Clone Stealth Assassin. If any of you don't have nice thing to say don't even bother saying it. Goes with everyone including me.
Darth Pineapple. I didn't want my helmet to look like it should because I made him up and I don't like the helmet.

Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
No Name you have point. Remember though when we post something we have to except what people "think/feel" is good or bad about the MOC. The problem is if you need to say something bad about someone’s MOC there are least 2 ways of doing it. Nice or Mean. Example:
Nice: I think this ship would look better without the shark teeth.
Mean: I think your ship looks dumb with shark teeth. They're not the right size, they're to far apart, and this is just another piece of crap. (Ok so it's a little over the top.)
But the first one allows for the builder to ask more questions or just leave it at that and move on. The second one puts the builder on the defensive and they have to justify why they built it in the first place.

I totally agree.
Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
I'm too much of a purist but cutting up a Lego sword or knife would be the best. Some times there are pieces that hold 2 or pieces together in a Lego set that you could use. I.E. the wheel that holds the little tools together.
Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
Hmm...You do have a point. But i only have 2 samari(Spelling) swords and a 2 Kinghts Kingdom swords. Should I mold my own?Rook wrote:I\'m too much of a purist but cutting up a Lego sword or knife would be the best. Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
If you do molding, maybe you could mold some that snap on to the clones wrists, kinda like other sets have the snap-holders.

Interesting I have never thought about that, but then again I never really think.

Re: My Clone Stealth Assassin(Hmmmm..)
Yeah it's pretty purist, and doesn't wreck the clone with glue if you decide to change it later, not to mention Assasins don't walk around with their Vibroblades deployed all the time anyway. Imagine, clone assasins are stalking a CIS mole in a crowded market place, one clone yells "look he's over there!" The assasin turns and accidently stabs some guy in the back with his glued-on, permanently deployed vibroblades. The clone leans over the guy, no on the ground moaning in pain, "Sorry sir!". DEFFINETLY needs to have those blades retractable...

I just realized that this is on the top ten topics list. I actually like the guy; he's less bulky. But those round knobs need to be cut off.
