By new I think you mean CW helmet. But that still leaves: regular, pilot, gunner, Fox, Rex, Cody. And what exactly do you want? A decal for the whole helmet?

Sorry there's no leg designs - it's not a very clear picture in that respect. I'd say just use brown legs and hips.

Could you either recolor (or even better, remake) the US Army WWII ranks with a black background instead of the blue one? Recoloring is really hard (for me) because almost every blue pixel has a different color blue. Here is the wikipedia article with the images if you need it.
