704th Tactical Strike - #5 - 'Old Friends'

Just yer average GIMPin' here, nothing major. Decided to cut this in half, and make the next comic short, so I could leave yeh all at a cliffhanger. Oh, and fail in 1 shot, the cropping got screwed.

Looks cool, I really like the start and the effects, but again nice job.

The sunset if epic win, and so is the Force Wave.

I love how Alpha captured anna and the other clones! Can't wait for the next one!

The 3rd and 4th pics were epic, made it feel like a real battlescene!

The force wave was very good.

The story was meh. That's all I can say for it. Force making a last stand, Admiral captured and locked in room with her captor. The GIMP, was also meh. While you're making good use of the blur, and I still envy those blaster bolts, you really do need to work on background changes. The Artee is way too clipped, and way too blurred. Advise you go 800% mag and path every last detail for optimal resolution . Also, I can still see the brush prints in the force wave .

With the sunset one, the clone could have more carefully "cut" out, but otherwise, it was good!

I'm sorry, '704th whatnow'? Nah-ah, you can't steal our thing.

It keeps the 'Tactical', but the 'Strike/Recon/Assault/Intimidation' changes each 'season'.

Change it to 'Panda' or something before we form the 815th-o-tron and flatten you.

I like it, but I'm so confused with this many comics, I'm going to have to go back and reread the last few. When was Anna captured. I think I missed it.

Alpha is definatly one of the most BA villians in any of the comics here! Nice work other than the fail slide.

I was gonna add a scene with a RAS going down, then Alpha blowing it up, but that'd take up unnessecary time, and we can all assume that if Alpha just broke into the ship, he captured Anna.

So, wait, Anna wasn't captured in a previous comic? You cut it from this one?

Bad choice. It wasn't unneeded time, it would explain what's going on in the comic...

And give Alpha more screen time !

Nice effects, I enjoyed reading this.

I missed this so I have to comment, the photography was really excellent in this one.

Okay, just reread your last few comic (though 4 didn't show up, I remember it) and here's my two cents on the seiries as a whole.

It jumps a hellava lot. I mean, maybe you do need more fillers. Or make less time pass between each comic. Like last time we saw Ana, she and Viper were interragating an old Lady and waiting for Arth. And now in comic five she's randomly with Alpha, who never captured her. And when did Arth leave her to go be with the Jedi.

There's some jumps that confuse more. That's all. They're good though, and rereading them helped me piece together this comic a little more. I still have a lot of unansweared questions though. I'm hoping they'll be known later.

Well, I'm not entirely done with the old lady yet...

In the scene in the last comic, Anna was in a shuttle enroute to the fleet exiting Hyperspace. Upon arrival, she's captured.

Really? She was? Must of missed that... When was it? I remember a Mace scene and a Viper/Jedi scene. And that's it...

You didn't miss it because it didn't happen. Apparently Alpha's only telling half the story with the comic - we just have to take his word on the rest.

Yeah, I'd advise no huge time jumps. Each should lead into the next. I mean, make nothing major be missed.

I guess, I'll have to make every little scene...
