No, actually... they were. I just read RepCom: Order 66, and they all had black Katarn armor. I don't know why so many other people make them all different.

No...I read Order 66 as well... And I remember them mentioning that Darman had red markings... And they customized them sometime... I mean all reference pics have them like this...and even wuzzie made them like this...

And I don't see how a fan-created Lego minifig supports anything in the official Star Wars universe.

Well I've found just as much (if not more) depicting them wearing individual colors... And what I meant about wuzzie was that he found a bunch of pics depicting them all individually colored as well... Lucasarts wasn't very clear on this topic! But I like them individually colored anyway...gives it a more repcom feel!

I think they look great so far! Can't wait to see the finished thing...what are you using for the torso's?

And hey; I made the decals. I think it looks awesome with lots of colours and markings.

So who cares if accuracy isn't totally right? Where would anyone be if custom clones had to be explicitly accurate?

Okay... That still doesn't show any black ones. =P But this picture is from when they first became a squad; afterwards they all switched to matte black armor. If you require more evidence I just reread the first paragraph or so of Triple Zero, and Fi said "And now they issue it [black stealth armor] to us?

Personally, I find it akward to have one black commando and the rest are normal... Almost like, "I deserve more camo than you do!" =P

I hope I don't come across as confrontational. I'm just trying to prove a point... Not bashing what he's doing. I think they look quite good, if inaccurate.

I guess I defend it this way is because commandos are my favorite part of Star Wars (i.e. I don't want people to mess 'em up). XD

Yeah..we all hold to something. I love Commandos too - if I'd known that Omaga Squad were Matt black, the decals, I'm sure, would have reflected that. But all I had to go on was that picture and Wuzz's commandos.

There are leg decals, he just hasn't applied them yet.

You have to use DecalFix.

Yeah that, and sand down the underside of the hip piece. Witch takes like 10-15 minutes.

That's looking really nice but the decals seem somewhat too small.

I think it looks pretty kick-Arse.

I misread the title and thought it was OMG squad! Anyway I agree with dp, the decals are a bit small but the squads looking pretty good nonetheless.

You didn't check their size before you sent them?

I sent him the designs, DP, that's all. But the arm decals' designs are a bit small.
