Steampunk Automaton L.C.A.
The L.C.A. or Light/Camera Automaton, was originally used to get videos of events too dangerous for a human to capture. Later, in the 1930s, it was used to make silent movies.

Note: L.C.A. also can stand for Lights, Camera, Action.

That's REALLY cool! It looks like a lot of Clone Troopers are now amputees...

Nah, only about 10 of 'em. I thought the hands gave the look of exhaust pipes. Hope I succeeded...

Well, so many exhaust pipes doesn't really look very good, I think they look best as some kind of mechanical things, not exhaust pipes.

I suppose they can be whatever you want them to be. Let your imaginations run wild.

Without them the legs would look really spindley, but with them they look cool!

That's precisely what I figured. I am very grateful for my large collection of minifigs, and therefore hands.

That makes me think, how exactly are the legs constrcted? Did you use tubes or what, and if you did use tubes, how did you keep them bent??

I don't think the movie-making machine is going to hurt him, unless everyone likes him a LOT in that role, then he'll get many OTHER roles, become a film star, move to Hollywood, live in a fancy mansion, get assualted by photographers, live a very shallow double life and turn to drugs and drinking to cover his deep-depression. *whew* Yes only if all that happens will the LCA be harming him...

Whoa, you just described my life dream.
As Astoria said, the kind LCA is simply making a video of the two. I was going to get the pic in black and white, but it was harder to see.

Steven Spielberg must be kicking himself...
But George Lucas has them! Now he shall send them out to raid Hollywood, and turn what they retrieve him into Star Wars Episode VII: Apocalypse of the Town People!

How come a MOD changed Hollywood to Holleywood on the last post on the first page?

What have I done?! Perhaps George would attach some DC-17 blasters onto the sides.

In my opinion Hollywood had it coming to 'em! As to why the MOD changed the spelling, I really don't know, it was the correct spelling to begin with.

I don't think someone changed it, I think that it was spelt wrong to begin with and it was just highlighted to show your mistake.

Actually, I was referring to the fact that the minifig with the top hat resembles the main character in Nick Durron's The Man In The Top Hat.
