Not bad, not bad. Overall it was pretty darn good. Nice job with the gimping too. Just make the text bigger next time, it was a tad hard to read.
Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
I realized that too...After I posted it.
Oh well, I'll fix it next time.

Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
You could make the words a bit bigger or change the font and the AA guns need to be bigger.
If you fix it up, then this comic could be quite good.

First shot was directly out of FEMA's.
Why red bricks everywhere?
And why, is there just 1 AA gun in the middle of nowhere with Droids surrounding it?

Dude, the eighth picture was an EPIC WIN in my opinion and also try to make the text bigger and add more of a plot to the story.

1. I know mine looks similar, but it was just coincidence...
2. The red bricks are the walkway...
3. Because they need something to keep the Republic from Invading and they needed to build it in a short amount of time. The Pilot Droids are there because they are controling it and the Security Droids are guarding the Surrounding Area...

Though if it's a CIS outpost, there should be Droids swarming the area...

Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
Ok, so the story behind this is that the CIS have just sent a platoon of droids to secure the city before they send in the whole fleet. The Republic take advantage of this oppurtunity and invade them before the fleet od Droids arrive...

Its an EPIC FAIL in my book.
This comic isn't bad. Try to put some more action into it and make the characters less robotic...
Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
As in, give them a personality. Not just the standard "OMG. UBER-HARD MISSION. Send in the Special guys. Uh-oh. Droids. Shoot them. Yay! We win."
Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
Good comic although, to me it seems a bit choppy and quick.
Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
The AA gun could have been better and bigger.

Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
Good comic but a bit short. The effect were good and it had good pictures. Just make the text bigger and maybe a different font. Otherwise, it is very well done!

How is that a EPIC FAIL? I have seen no one on this sight that has taken a photo behind the clones going to attack the droids.
Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
No...One where they are running and the Droids are blurred in the Background...

That's either the stupidest, or funniest thing I've heard today.
HE'S NOT THE FIRST ONE TO DO IT?

I know I wasn't the first one but I still don't see how that was an EPIC FAIL...
@PD-Dude, stop bashing me for every little thing! That's all you ever do to me and I'm sick of it!

Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
Well firstly, I can see that structure is made out of paper...
And I guess a more well thought out attack would include a TAC team with atleast 6 armed Troopers, though I guess 3 SpecOps can accomplish the job, but if that were the case, why couldn't they just bombard the AA turret?
It'd be a bit more threatening if there were a couple AA turrets, and I would've split this up into 2 parts, 1 for briefing and deployment, the other for action and exfiltration.

Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
I agree, this was not very well thought out and I was eager to get out my first comic...I'll work harder on my next one...
Re: 289th Legion #1: "Special Operations"
Well, it's OK. (Not that I'm a great comicker myself, I just started)
The first shot is a bit like mine, but I doubt you would copy me on purpose, without giving credit. The text is a bit brief, make it longer. The pictures are good quality, the sets built up pretty well, overall it's alright.
