You may THINK it's impenetrable. Think again! Those are especially reinforced windows so as to enable the bioweapon, usually spread via an explosion, to detonate safely *inside* the containment facility. This of course means those windows can withstand a nuclear explosion. 
Anyway, I really like it! Maybe just give it a speeder to go inside, you know, reminiscent of 24.
