Rookies.

I was ready to build a vig for the first June contest, when it got closed. I was a little disapointed, but then I got to build without the rules. I chose to build my favorite episode: Rookies (#5). I tried to get all the major scenes in this Moc, but I'm sure I'm missing a couple. It's built on a 32x32 road plate.


Overall shot here. I tried to get it to look as much like it does in the show as possible, but it shows it very little, and it's quite dark.


Here is Rex, holding up the commando droid head to fool the ones whatching from inside.

One of the clones shooting at the giant eel. I'm not that happy with the eel, but it was hard to find good pieces for it in tan.


Overall picture of the landing pad. The front of the shuttle is shown here, along with some boxes and crates.


the back, there is three scenes here, which I'll go into further detail on below.


Here are the droids stationed at the door. The door opens but don't close very well.


This is the droid who contacts the republic. He has taken a clones helmet to disguise himself.

Wow! You have really proved your skill on this one! I would have voted for it too! Excellent job!

It looks great wrecks! I especially like how you did the different scenes.

Oh and also Cody isn't there when the worm comes and the troop gets eaten.

That's by far the best MOC by you yet. The four 'areas' behind the front door are well done, as well as the shuttle cockpit.

Looks very good although I am a detail fanatic, I see one thing out of order. Hevy doesn't have a visor.

Wow, great job wrecks! The grey mixing was ehh and maybe add more detail. But I really like how you set this up, great job!

I don'tt know which was Hevy, the one throwing the gun?
I had to mix greys, I was almost out, my bucket was pretty much empty.
I'm glad you all like it, I wasn't sure what you'd think of it.

Im not a hater or anything but I've seen better ones like ODST7's,but its good for all the ones i've seen. I've seen worse.

Well! Quite nicely done, and it's detailed down to those crates on the bridge! The landscaping was okay, the interior design was okay, and it is generally an above-average MOC. My only grevience is those aweful old grey pieces, but that can be ignored .

Hevy actually is the one throwing the gun.

Love the moc. One of your better creations and it captures the episode very well. But it's called a giant eel not a rock snake.

from me! Good MOC, lots of action, and a pretty sweet worm/eel thingy!

The many aspects of this MOC and the nice outside make this a really nice creation. Good work!

Very creative. I like how you divided it up into different scenes and the scenes where not at the same time either. If I was in the guild I would totally vote for this.

Thanks, I've updated the first post with that.

It looks good. I like the part were capt. rex was holding the droid's head to fool the droids into letting him in.

That is a really great MOC. I really like the part of the MOC where Hevy throws the gun at the droids. How did you get the gun to stay?

Actually Hpoz you are wrong. Hevy was the one with the Z-6 Rotary Cannon. Echo (the one with the handprint on his right lapel) is the one with macrobinoculars.

Anyway, nice Moc Wrecks! Something about playset-esque features with lots of playability I like more than necessarily having perfect detail. It's a fun creation and you managed to fit quite a few key scenes in not much space. Good job!

It's a very nice MOC wrecks(Rex, I get it!). I think it's your best yet

Yeah but he is there when they kill the Rishi eel.

This is a very good set of that episode. It is very similar to the station.
