Bot (Jens)

Alright so Tac purposed a build-off between him and I. The point was for me to build a better bot than he could. I think I did alright.

Anyway on to the MOC, after many hours of frustration and dropping it on the floor...I'm finally proud to present my Bot!

Well, it looks really cool, but I still think that Tac has you beat. He's just got the thing for building robots...

It looks surprisingly agile, but for the blocky torso. Is the red intentional? I'd give him something a little more noticeable than just those holes for eyes, maybe stick some 1x1s in?

It's suppose to be red some places. I know Tac is the bot builder but he challenged me and I just wanted a bot for my collection.

I'm not going to change the eyes, I like the simple look.

I'll try to build this, post pics of them together then put up a poll.

Lawl, why not get Zeph to post the battle on FP, then you get more people to vote for you.

The only thing I don't like is the red, but the rest is pretty cool.

Yeah the red is a bit off. But I'm not sure where my KK sets are ( I have all of the first ones(action figures).

Yes, actually: With that peice for the head you used, you could place two red round studs in the holes.

Yeah but I just love the simple look. I don't want a big "ZET 2 TEH CHOPPA" bot, I want a bot that looks fast, sleek, strong and simple.

I gotta say, I really don't like this. That head makes him look so goofy. The torso is also really blocky. And those puny arms...

I think that 2 colors are the best thing to do here, but I like his pose as said in the other thread and I think that the feet go really nicely here.

The feet look kind of bad not so good.

I know! It was the thing that was hardest part, I ended up with this, maybe I'll revisit it sometime.
