This is my entry for the Space Pirates contest, a stolen and modified Blactron scouting craft. I'm pretty sure you can tell which parts are meant to be "modified" on...

Generally, pilots sit in cockpits, which generally have windows. They don't like getting blown up by their own missiles. Wink
